Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we'll work with you to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Eligible for Return

  • New parts that are unused and in original condition
  • Parts that do not fit your vehicle (compatibility issue)
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective
  • Incorrect items shipped (our error)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Used parts (unless defective or incorrectly shipped)
  • Parts damaged due to improper installation
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Electrical components that have been installed
  • Fluids, oils, or consumables that have been opened

Return Process

  1. Contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective part). For international returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. Please do not attempt to install a visibly damaged part.
